继电保护装置整机智能测试及其关键技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 目前,继电保护装置的生产测试依然停留在人工手动测试或半自动测试阶段。该方法测试时间较长、自动化程度不高、测试效率低下等,因此无法适应生产大批量整机测试要求。为解决以上问题,将从以下三个方面探讨保护装置大批量整机测试问题:1保护装置多维度信息数据挖掘;2智能构建闭环测试环境;3保护装置整机测试流程的智能控制。基于以上技术开发的整机智能测试系统,实现了单装置离散化测试流程的智能引导与控制。该系统已在南瑞继保江苏省电力装备智能调试示范车间实施。长期应用表明,该系统有效降低了测试劳动强度和测试复杂度,提高了大批量生产整机测试效率,降低了测试成本。 At present,the production test of relay protection device remains in the manual stage or the semi-automatic test stage,which has several problems:such as long testing time,low degree of automation,and less efficiency of the testing etc.This could not meet the requirements of the mass production test obviously.In order to solve the above problems,this paper discusses the problems of large quantities and whole device test as follows:the first is how to mine the multi-dimensional information of the protection device;the second is how to build a closed loop test environment intelligently;the third is how to carry out intelligent control of the test flow.Based on the technologies above,the whole device intelligent test system is designed,which achieves intelligent guidance and control on device discrete testing process.The test system has been applied in NR Electric intelligent demonstration workshop.The application shows that the system can reduce the labor intensity and complexity of the test effectively,while can improve the mass device production test efficiency greatly and reduce the test cost.
