摘要
为满足电力公司电能计量装置的自动化检定需求,本文提出了自动检定流水线校验系统的软硬件设计方案,可在计算机终端、软件系统控制下,对电能计量装置实施流水线上现场检定。硬件系统设计方案中,给出了多功能电标准表、绝缘电阻测试仪、耐压测试校验仪三类主要检定设备的性能指标,并确定了表位误差一致性标准设备、故障模拟类设备的基本参数。软件设计方案包含系统软件总体设计及功能模块设计两部分内容,旨在为电能自动化检定流水线校验系统的稳定、高效运行提供保障,得出精准、可靠的校验结论。
In order to meet the automation verification requirements of electric energy metering devices in power companies,this paper proposes a software and hardware design scheme for an automatic verification pipeline verification system.It can perform on-site verification of electric energy metering devices on the pipeline under the control of computer terminals and software systems.In the hardware system design scheme,the performance indicators of three main calibration equipment categories,namely multifunctional electrical standard meters,insulation resistance testers,and voltage withstand testers,are provided,and the basic parameters of the consistency standard equipment for meter position errors and fault simulation equipment are determined.The software design scheme includes two parts:the overall design of the system software and the design of functional modules,aiming to provide guarantees for the stable and efficient operation of the power automation verification pipeline verification system,and draw accurate and reliable verification conclusions.
