海洋环境中二维码标签用铜合金缓蚀剂的筛选

摘要 采用失重试验、极化曲线与电化学阻抗谱等方法,评价了九种缓蚀剂在人工海水中对铜合金的缓蚀效果。结果表明:九种缓蚀剂的缓蚀效率依次为苯并三氮唑>2-巯基苯并噻唑>2-巯基苯并咪唑>三聚磷酸钠>钼酸钠>重铬酸钾>硫酸锌>亚硝酸钠>钨酸钠。抑制阳极为主的混合型缓蚀剂苯并三氮唑、2-巯基苯并噻唑和2-巯基苯并咪唑是最佳的缓蚀剂,根据失重试验得出三者的缓蚀效率分别为97.04%、91.13%和90.96%。 Weightlessness experiment, polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were used to evaluate the corrosion inhibition effect of nine corrosion inhibitors on copper alloy in artificial seawater. The results showed that the order of the corrosion inhibition efficiency of nine corrosion inhibitors was as follows: 1 H-benzotriazole>2-mercaptobenzothiazole>2-mercaptobenzimidazole>sodium tripolyphosphate>sodium molybdate>potassium dichromate>zinc sulfate>sodium nitrite >sodium tungstate. The passivating anodic-type corrosion inhibitor such as 1 H-benzotriazole, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole and 2-mercaptobenzimidazole were the best corrosion inhibitors, and the corrosion inhibition efficiency of these three corrosion inhibitors was 97.04%, 91.13% and 90.96%, respectively.
