摘要
“王者不臣”是汉代的经学义理。汉儒认为,良好健康的君臣关系应该是相对性、伦理性的关系,而非隶属性、功利性的关系。“不臣”理念的形成,既有儒家对周朝礼制观念的继承与发扬,也有儒家对秦朝法制理念的批判与反思。两汉时期,汉儒致力于建立一种礼制型的君臣秩序,改革“君尊臣卑”式的君臣关系。“不臣之礼”在汉代得到了很大程度的政治实践,深刻影响了皇权政治下的政治生态与施政理念。
“Wang Zhe Bu Chen”is criterion of Confucian classics in Han Dynasty,it can be translated as“the monarch does not take him as his minister”.As Confucians suggested:a good and healthy relation between monarchs and officials should be one of relativity and ethics,not of subordination and utilitarianity.The formation of the concept of“Bu Chen”,is not only the inheritance and development of the Confucian concept of etiquette system in Zhou Dynasty,but also the criticism and reflection of legal system in Qin Dynasty.During the Han Dynasty,Han Confucianism was committed to establishing an etiquette order between monarchs and officials and reforming the relation type of“respectable monarchs and humble officials”.“The ceremony of Bu Chen”got a great degree of political practice in Han Dynasty,which deeply affected the political ecology and governance concept under the imperial power politics.
