摘要
研究了矿业权制度、矿业权资产及矿业权市场与地质地勘单位发展的对立统一及相辅相成的关系。阐述了矿业权制度对地质地勘单位发展的影响,分析了矿业权制度的改革完善方向,对地质地勘单位如何运用矿业权制度推动发展提出了对策与建议。
The paper has expounded liesinunity of opposites and supplementary to each other,along withmining right system,mining right asset,mining right market and development of geological exploration units.Then analyzed the impact from mining right system on development of geological exploration units,and proposed countermeasures and suggestions on mining right system renovative improvement orientation and how to use the mining right system to promote the development of geological exploration units.
