摘要
新一轮找矿突破战略行动是新时代党中央、国务院的重大战略部署,事关国家能源资源安全,事关地方经济社会发展,事关产业链、供应链的整体布局,意义重大,任务艰巨。本文从精准选择矿种、优化国土空间规划、严管项目运行、吸引多元投资、改进矿权管理和强化组织联动等方面对做好新一轮找矿突破战略行动进行了有益探索。
The new round of prospecting breakthrough strategic action is a major strategic deployment of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council in the New Era,It is of great significance and arduous task as it relates to national energy and resource security,local economic and social development,and the overall layout of the industrial and supply chains,This article explores the new round of strategic breakthroughs in mineral exploration from the perspectives of precise selection of mineral resources,optimization of national spatial planning,strict management of project operations,attraction of diversified investments,improvement of mining rights management,and strengthening organizational linkage.
