摘要
矿产资源是人类赖以生存的重要自然资源,也是近年来我国经济高速增长的助推剂。当前,我国面临的矿产资源短缺、生态破坏和环境污染等问题,迫切要求改革现有的矿产资源产权制度,以有效保护和合理配置矿产资源。对现行矿产资源产权制度的弊端进行剖析,可为实现矿产资源的可持续发展提供理论参考。
Mineral resources are not only important natural resources for human survival, but also China＇s rapid economic growth booster. At present, China is faced with mineral resources shortage,ecological destruction and environment pollution crisis, which urgently requires refonn the existing mineral resources property rights system, so as to efficiently protect and legitimate allocate mineral resources. Since the founding of the new China, mineral resources property right system changes process and system characteristics, which analysis the progress and shortcomings of the current mineral resources property system, and hoping to give suggestive policy references for intensify the mineral resources property rights system.
