探矿权管理是矿业权管理的重要组成部分,也是国土资源部履行找矿突破战略行动的基本抓手。目前的探矿权供给现状并不利于找矿突破战略的快速实施,建立更为严格的探矿权审批制度和退出机制成为当前探矿权管理重要组成部分,也是确保找矿突破战略行动能够取得快速突破的生力器,还是维护探矿权合法性的必然选择。

Currently, mineral exploration rights＇ supply situation is not conducive to the prospecting breakthrough strategy implemented, establishing more rigorous mineral exploration rights approval system and exit mechanisms become an important part of the current mineral exploration rights management,also is guarantees the prospecting breakthrough strategy motion to be able to obtain the fast breakthrough the activation,or to maintain the legitimacy of prospecting.
