摘要
公立医院是医疗卫生服务体系的主力军,在保障人民健康特别是抗击新冠肺炎疫情中,承担了紧急、危险、艰苦的医疗救治工作,发挥了重要作用。笔者通过分析平急结合重要性及存在的问题,提出从构建良好的平急结合资源体系和提升重大疫情的救治能力等方面探讨可实现的路径,助力公立医院高质量发展。
Public hospitals are the main force of the medical and health service system.They have played an important role in safeguarding people's health,especially in the fight against the new crown pneumonia epidemic.They have undertaken urgent,dangerous and arduous medical treatment.By analyzing the importance of the combination of peacetime and emergency and the existing problems,the author proposes to explore the achievable path from the aspects of building a good combination of peacetime and emergency resource system and improving the ability to treat major epidemics,so as to help the high-quality development of public hospitals.
