基于全面质量管理改进医院总值班质量的实践与建议

摘要 通过借鉴全面质量管理的理论和方法,分析某医院总值班管理存在的问题,探讨提升值班人员专业能力、优化值班流程和制度、加强医院内部各部门之间的沟通协作以及利用信息技术提升值班效率等措施,有效提升医院总值班的质量,确保医院在非工作时间的安全和稳定运转。 By referring to the theory and method of total quality management,this paper analyzed the problems existing in the general-on-duty management of a hospital,discussed measures such as improving the professional ability of the duty personnel,optimizing the duty process and system,strengthening the communication and cooperation between various departments of the hospital,and using information technology to improve the efficiency of duty,so as to effectively improve the quality of the hospital general-on-duty and ensure the safe and stable operation of the hospital during non-working hours.
