摘要
目的:研究与观察全程优质护理对子宫颈癌患者负性情绪状态及治疗态度、行为的影响。方法:选取2018年12月-2019年11月进行常规护理的50例子宫颈癌患者为对照组,2019年12月-2020年11月改进护理方法后进行全程优质护理的50例子宫颈癌患者为观察组。观察与比较两组护理前后的负性情绪状态(POMS量表)、治疗态度(MCMQ问卷)及治疗行为(治疗依从性)、对护理各方面的满意度。结果:两组护理前POMS量表评分、MCMQ问卷评分及治疗依从性比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组护理1、4周后POMS量表评分、MCMQ问卷评分及治疗依从性均显著优于对照组,对护理各方面的满意度均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全程优质护理可显著改善子宫颈癌患者的负性情绪状态及治疗态度、行为,在子宫颈癌患者中的应用价值较高。
Objective:To study and observe the influence of whole-course high-quality nursing for negative emotional state,treatment attitude and behavior of patients with cervical cancer.Method:Fifty patients with cervical cancer with routine nursing From December 2018 to November 2019 were chosen as the control group,fifty patients with whole-course high-quality nursing after improving nursing methods from December 2019 to November 2020 were chosen as the observation group.Then the negative emotional state (POMS scale),treatment attitude (MCMQ questionnaire) and treatment behavior (treatment compliance) before and after nursing,satisfaction with all aspects of nursing of two groups were compared.Result:The POMS scale,MCMQ questionnaire and treatment compliance of two groups before nursing were compared,there were no statistically significant differences (P>0.05).The POMS scale,MCMQ questionnaire and treatment compliance of the observation group at 1 and 4 weeks after nursing were significantly better than those of the control group,the satisfaction with all aspects of nursing were significantly higher than those of the control group,there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:Whole-course high-quality nursing can significantly improve the negative emotional state,treatment attitude and behavior of patients with cervical cancer,so its application value in patients with cervical cancer is higher.
