摘要
目的探讨网络延续护理对宫颈癌放化疗患者的护理效果。方法选取2017年1月-2019年10月收治的64例宫颈癌放化疗患者进行护理研究;随机分为对照组(对患者给予常规护理干预)和研究组(对患者给予常规护理干预+网络延续护理干预),各32例,归纳总结两组患者护理情况。结果研究组护理满意度情况、服药依从性情况、生活质量、性生活频率和自我管理认知能力情况均优于对照组,两组差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为宫颈癌放化疗患者实施网络延续护理干预,可以提高患者护理满意度和生活质量。
Objective To explore nursing effect of network continuous nursing on cervical cancer patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods The paper chose 64 cases cervical cancer patients treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy from January 2017 to October 2019 for nursing research,and divided them into control group(treated with routine nursing intervention)and study group(with routine nursing intervention+network continuous nursing intervention)randomly,with 32 cases in each group.Nursing situation was summarized between two groups.Results Nursing satisfaction degree,medication compliance,life quality,frequency of sexual life and cognitive ability of self-management in study group was better than control group,difference was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Network continuous nursing intervention can improve nursing satisfaction degree and life quality of cervical cancer patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy,which is worthy of clinical reference.
