摘要
目的探究全程护理对宫颈癌根治术患者病耻感及自我效能感的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2023年1月在山东省淄博市临淄区妇幼保健院(齐都医院)收治的100例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受宫颈癌根治术治疗,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用全程护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果护理前,两组患者的病耻感、自我效能感评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,两组患者的病耻感评分均降低,自我效能感评分均提高(P<0.05);观察组患者的病耻感评分低于对照组,自我效能感评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全程护理有助于改善宫颈癌根治术患者的病耻感,并显著提高患者的自我效能感,具有较高的应用价值,建议推广。
Objective To explore the influence of whole process nursing on the stigma and self-efficacy of patients undergoing radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer.Methods A total of 100 cervical cancer patients admitted to Zibo Linzi District Maternal and Child Health Hospital(Qidu Hospital)from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received whole process nursing to compare the nursing effects of two groups.Results Before nursing,the scores of stigma and self-efficacy of patients in the two groups were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the patients in both groups had lower scores of stigma and higher scores of self-efficacy(P<0.05),the patients in the observation group had lower scores of stigma and higher scores of self-efficacy than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Whole process nursing is helpful to improve the stigma of patients undergoing radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer,and significantly improve the self-efficacy of patients.It has high application value and is recommended to be popularized.
