摘要
目的研究一种以乙二醇为防冻剂的过氧化氢低温消毒剂消毒相关性能,为冷链消毒提供有效方法。方法采用理化分析和载体定量杀菌试验方法,对该过氧化氢低温消毒剂的理化性能和低温下杀菌效果进行观察和评价。结果该低温消毒剂过氧化氢含量为10.3 g/L、pH值为3.80,在-18℃条件下24 h不结冰。在20℃浸泡作用1 min,对布片上大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值>5.00;在-18℃浸泡作用20 min,对布片上大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值>3.00。在-18℃冷库中对物体表面喷洒并作用20 min,对布片上大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值均>3.00。结论该过氧化氢低温消毒剂在低温下保持良好的杀菌效果,不影响喷雾消毒作业,可用于对冷链物体表面消毒。
Objective To study the disinfection-related performance of a low-temperature hydrogen peroxide disinfectant with ethylene glycol as an antifreeze,and to provide an effective method for cold chain disinfection.Methods Using physical and chemical analysis and carrier quantitative sterilization experiment methods,the physical and chemical properties and the sterilization effect at low temperature of the low-temperature hydrogen peroxide disinfectant were observed and evaluated.Results The low-temperature disinfectant had a hydrogen peroxide content of 10.3 g/L,pH value of 3.80,and did not freeze at-18℃for 24 h.After soaking at 20℃for 1 min,the killing logarithmic values of Escherichia Coli and Staphylococcus aureus on cloth were>5.00;after soaking at-18℃for 20 min,the killing logarithmic values of Escherichia Coli and Staphylococcus aureus on cloth were>3.00.After spraying and acting on the surface of objects in the cold storage at-18℃for 20 min,the killing logarithmic values of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus on cloth were all>3.00.Conclusion The low-temperature hydrogen peroxide disinfectant maintains a good sterilization effect at low temperature,which does not affect the spray disinfection operation,and can be used to disinfect the surface of objects in cold chain.
