摘要
以桉木浆和蔗渣浆为原料,研究了亚氨基二琥珀酸四钠(IDS)作为螯合剂在纸浆H_2O_2漂白中的应用。通过单因素实验,以及在此基础上设计的正交实验,分别得出了IDS作为桉木浆、蔗渣浆H_2O_2漂白预处理段螯合剂的最佳使用条件。结果表明,IDS作为桉木浆H_2O_2漂白预处理段螯合剂的最佳使用条件为:温度60℃,时间50 min,IDS用量0.3%;IDS作为蔗渣浆H_2O_2漂白预处理段螯合剂的最佳使用条件为:温度70℃,时间60 min,IDS用量0.8%。在本实验IDS螯合最优条件下,与EDTA对比发现,IDS的螯合效果与EDTA相当,且IDS易生物降解,无二次污染,具有一定的优势。
The application of imino disuccunate( IDS) as chelating agent in H_2O_2 bleaching of eucalyptus pulp and bagasse pulp was studied.Through single factor and orthogonal experiment,the optimum conditions for the use of IDS as the chelating agent for H_2O_2 bleaching pretreatment of eucalyptus pulp and bagasse pulp were obtained. The results showed the optimun conditions of IDS application for the eucalyptus pulp bleaching pretreatment were: temperature 60℃,time 50 min,IDS dosage 0. 3%; for bagasse pulp H_2O_2 bleaching pretreatment,the optimum conditions were: temperature 70℃,time 60 min,IDS dosage 0. 8%. In comparison with EDTA,the chelating effect of IDS was similar,but IDS was easy to be biodegraded without causing secondary pollution.
