摘要
目的:探讨安徽省医院感控专职人员的工作绩效现状及影响因素。方法:于2021年11月采用便利抽样法在安徽省42所医院抽取335名感控专职人员进行问卷调查。结果:335名感控专职人员的工作绩效总分为45.18±5.78分,得分率为82.14%,任务绩效维度均分低于周边绩效维度均分。相关分析显示,工作投入、情绪智力与工作绩效总分及各维度得分均呈正相关(r>1,P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析显示,工作年限、工作投入、情绪智力是工作绩效的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:安徽省医院感控专职人员工作绩效仍具有一定提升空间,医院管理者应合理配置人力资源、分梯队培养感控人才、积极提升工作投入和情绪智力,从而进一步提高感控专职人员工作绩效水平。
Objective:To analyze the status quo and influencing factors of work performance of full-time Infection Prevention and Control Practitioners(IPCP)in hospitals in Anhui Province.Methods:335 full-time IPCP in 42 hospitals in Anhui Province were selected by the convenience sampling method to conduct a questionnaire survey in November 2021.Results:The total score of work performance of 335 full-time IPCP was(45.18±5.78)points,with a scoring rate of 82.14%,the average score of task performance was lower than that of peripheral performance.Correlation analysis showed that work engagement and emotional intelligence were positively correlated with work performance and all dimensions(both r>1,P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that working years,work engagement and emotional intelligence were the main influencing factors of work performance(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is still room for improvement in the work performance of full-time IPCP in hospitals in Anhui Province,hospital managers should rationally allocate human resources,train IPCP talents by echelon,and actively improve work engagement and emotional intelligence,so as to further improve the work performance of full-time IPCP.
