摘要
目的观察一种二氧化氯低温消毒剂的低温消毒效果。方法采用载体浸泡杀菌试验方法和物体表面模拟现场试验方法,对二氧化氯在低温下的实验室杀菌效果及现场消毒效果进行观察。结果该二氧化氯低温消毒剂含二氧化氯515 mg/L,在-18℃放置过夜(>8h),仍保持液体状态,无析出,无结晶;在-18℃低温下作用10 min,对载体上的大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值均>3.00;在-18℃冷库中对物体表面喷洒并作用10 min,对布片上大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值均>3.00,可以达到消毒合格要求。结论该二氧化氯低温消毒剂在低温条件下具有较好的杀菌效果,适用于低温消毒。
Objective To observe the low temperature disinfection effect of a chlorine dioxide low temperature disinfectant.Methods The bactericidal effect of chlorine dioxide on object surface in laboratory and field at low temperature was observed by the carrier soaking bactericidal test method and the simulated field test method.Results The chlorine dioxide cryogenic disinfectant contained chlorine dioxide 515 mg/L.The low temperature disinfectant was placed at-18℃overnight(>8 h),and remained in a liquid state without precipitation or crystallization.When treated at-18℃for 10 min,the killing logarithm values of E.coli and S.aureus on the carrier were all>3.00.In the cold storage at-18℃,the surface of the object was sprayed and applied for 10 min.The killing values of E.coli and S.aureus on the cloth were all>3.00.It could meet the disinfection qualified requirements.Conclusion The chlorine dioxide low-temperature bactericidal has good sterilization effect under low temperature conditions and is suitable for low-temperature disinfection.
