摘要
产品结构趋向复杂与服务内容愈加丰富的特点造成制造企业在混合产品由概念到生成的过程中存在有任务分解不明确的问题。在将混合产品的生成视为项目情况下,基于工作分解结构(work breakdown structure,WBS)的思想,提出了一种面向混合产品生成的任务分解方法:将供需交互所形成的概念混合产品初始分解为物料清单(bill of material,BOM)和服务清单(bill of service,BOS);考虑BOM和BOS单元之间的相关性,给出了混合产品综合清单(bill of hybrid offerings,BOH)的概念,设计了既定BOH到WBS的映射规则,完成了混合产品WBS的构建;最后,以高炉煤气余压透平发电装置为案例,对面向混合产品生成的任务分解方法进行了验证。
The complicated product structure and abundant service content make manufacturers have trouble in task decomposition-the process of hybrid offerings from concept to generation.Based on the work breakdown structure(WBS),the hybrid offerings generation process was regarded as a project and a task decomposition method was proposed.Through the interaction between suppliers and demanders,the concept of hybrid offerings was initially decomposed into a bill of material(BOM)and bill of service(BOS).Then,considering the correlation between BOM and BOS unit,the concept of bill of hybrid offerings(BOH)was given.Thereby,the mapping rules of the established BOH to WBS were designed,and the WBS of hybrid offerings was constructed.Finally,taking the TRT as an example,the task decomposition method for hybrid offering generation was verified.
