摘要
为推进船舶定线制的规划和实施,结合近年来进行的长江口船舶定线制研究工作,建立船舶定线制设计方案评价模型.该模型用群体决策方法确定定性评价指标值;用熵权法确定方案定量指标值;用逼近理想解排序法实现方案的排序和优选.通过对6种不同的船舶定线制设计方案的评价表明,该模型对船舶定线制设计方案评价具有适用性.
In order to advance the planning and implementation of the ship’s routeing system,an evalua-tion model for the ship’s routeing system is established,combined with the research of ship’s routeing at the entrance of Yangtze River in recent years.Qualitative evaluation indexes are obtained by group deci-sion-making method;quantative evaluation indexes are obtained by entropy weight method;and ordering and optimization of alternatives are carried out by the method of Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution.Results of the evaluation model being used in evaluating six different designs show that the pro-posed method is applicable to the design evaluation of ship’s routeing system.
