摘要
针对制造企业将衍生服务外包后价值倾向于被客户低估的问题,需要服务承包商提高服务水平以提升客户效用,为此构建了集中决策和分散决策下面向客户效用与企业利润最大化的双目标决策模型,设计了成本共担-价值共享的供应链协调契约。研究表明:双目标整体优化时,集中决策下增大客户效用目标重视度将使供应链整体利润下降,分散决策下服务承包商的服务价格和利润与客户效用目标重视度关系未定,可能存在成本投入无法得到有效回报的服务悖论现象;提升客户效用目标重视度能削减产品价格,增大产品与服务需求,提高制造企业利润,创造更大的客户效用,且双目标整体优化对各变量的作用强于单目标优化;契约模式可使最优解更趋近于集中决策,实现衍生服务外包供应链的有效协调。
The value of derivative services tends to be underestimated by customers after outsourcing by manufacturers,it is necessary for service contractors to improve the service level and enhance customer utility.Therefore,a dual-objective decision-making model of maximizing customer utility and enterprise profit under centralized and decentralized decision was constructed,and a supply chain coordination contract based on cost-and-value sharing was designed.The results show that under dual-objective overall optimization,increasing the importance of customer utility goal will decrease the overall profit of the supply chain under the centralized decision.Under the decentralized decision,the relationship between the service price and profit of the service contractor and the importance of customer utility goal is uncertain.There may be a service paradox that the cost investment cannot be effectively returned.Increasing the importance of customer utility goal can reduce product price,improve product and service demand,manufacturer's profit and customer utility.In addition,the effects of dual-objective overall optimization on variables are stronger than that of single-objective optimization.The contract model can make optimal solutions closer to the centralized decision and achieve the coordination of the derivative service outsourcing supply chain.
