摘要 制造网格任务分解能大大降低制造任务执行过程中的信息交互复杂度和约束关系,提高制造网格协同工作的效率,从而保证服务质量(Quality of Service,QoS)。弱耦合原则是制造网格任务分解时的关键准则。根据制造任务之间的"弱耦合"要求,即要求分解后的子任务(活动)间的相关度较小(弱耦合),提出了一种基于模块化的任务分解策略,分析了模块化分解的可行性和分解过程,并建立了分解模型,提出了一种制造网格子任务(活动)间相关度判定的方法,并通过一个实例说明了任务分解相关度的判定方法。 Manufacturing grid(MG)decomposition can reduce information exchange complexity and constraint relationships,raise efficiency of manufacturing grid collaborative working,the Quality of Service(QoS)can be guaranteed.Weak coupling is the key criterion in MG task decomposition.According to the requirements of weak coupling,that is,degree of association of subtasks(activities)after they are decomposed should be smaller,Task decomposition strategies are proposed based on modularization and the decomposition model is set up.The feasibility and decomposition process of modularization decomposition are analyzed,the method of judging the degree of association among subtasks(activities)is put forward.An instance is used to describe the judging method of the degree of association of MG task decomposition.
