摘要
分析了再制造服务和服务质量(Quality of Service,Qo S)的内在关联关系,以及现有制造服务通用评价指标的特点,在此基础上,建立了包括时间、费用、满意度、柔性度和可靠度等五个Qo S参数的再制造服务评价指标体系。针对现有评价方法存在评价指标间相互影响导致决策不够客观的问题,引入模糊DEMATEL的概念,以消除再制造服务Qo S评价指标间的关联性和耦合性。结合再制造服务的特点,在模糊DEMATEL的基础上构建了物元模型,并提出基于Qo S的再制造服务的评价方法。以某轧辊再制造服务为应用实例,通过与以往的评价方法的计算结果进行对比,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
The relationship of remanufacturing service and Quality of Service, as well as the characteristics of the existing common evaluation index of manufacturing service are analyzed. Based on this work, remanufacturing service evaluation index system is established, which includes time, cost, satisfaction, flexibility and reliability five QoS parameters. The mutual effect of the evaluation index of existing evaluation method results in decision-making not objective enough. So the concept of fuzzy DEMATEL is introduced to eliminate the relevance and coupling among the QoS evaluation indexes for remanufacturing service. Combined with the features of remanufacturing service, a matter element model on the basis of fuzzy DEMATEL/s built and remanufacturing service evaluation model based on QoS is proposed. Finally, a roll remanufacturing service is taken as an application example. The effectiveness and feasibility of this evaluation method is demonstrated by compared results with conventional evaluation methods.
