连续流动分析仪测定环境水中挥发酚的研究

摘要 该研究采用连续流动分析仪测定地表水、地下水、污水及饮用水中挥发酚质量浓度。连续流动分析法测定水环境中挥发酚的检出限为0.001 mg/L,地表水、地下水、污水及饮用水中挥发酚的分析做8个曲线点。实验表明,该方法具有灵敏度、准确度高,精密度和回收率好,污染小,节省试样、试剂等特点,并提高了操作的安全性、方便性及工作效率,适合于大批量样品的分析测定,适用于水质中挥发酚的测定。 In this study,the mass concentration of volatile phenol in surface water,groundwater,sewage and drinking water was determined by continuous flow analyzer.The detection limit of volatile phenol in water environment was 0.001 mg/L by continuous flow analytical method,and 8 curve points were made for the analysis of volatile phenol in surface water,groundwater,sewage and drinking water.Experiments show that the method has the characteristics of high sensitivity,accuracy,good precision and recovery,less pollution,saving samples and reagents,and improves the safety,convenience and efficiency of operation.It is suitable for the analysis and determination of large quantities of samples and the determination of volatile phenol in water quality.
