摘要
目的:建立应用AA3流动注射仪测定地表水中氰化物的分析方法。方法:水样(由自动进样器采集)及试剂在蠕动泵的推动下,于密闭的管路中通过分析模块发生完全的化学反应后,进入流动检测池进行光度检测,由数据处理系统自动处理分析数据。结果:在0~0.12 mg/L线性区间内该方法具有线性关系好,较高的精密度和准确度,其检出限低。结论:与传统异烟酸一吡唑啉酮分光光度法相比,该方法具有自动进样、分析速率快、试剂耗量低等优点,可应用于大批量常规地表水分析。
Objective:To develop a method for determination cyanide in drinking water with Bran + Luebbe AutoAnalyzer 3 Flow injection. Methods:Water samples ( entered by an auto - collective machine) and reagent while wriggling the push of pump, got in to flow examination pond to carry on an intensity of light examination after passing analysis mold piece to take place complete chemical reaction in the tube road of closeness, handled an analysis data automatically from data processing system. Results:The method was linear to the calibration graphs, higher precision and accuracy within 0 -0. 12 mg/L aniline concentration. The lower detection limit was 0. 0006 mg/L. Conclusion:Compared with the conventional isonicotinic acid 3 - methy - 1 - pheny 1 - 5 - pyrazolone spectrophotometry method, the advantages of the method are auto - sampling, rapid analysis speed and lower reagent consumption, etc. It could be applied to analyze enormous samples surface water.
