摘要
对AA3型连续流动分析仪测定地表水中挥发酚的进行方法探讨。实验结果表明:连续流动分析法标准曲线线性良好,检出限低,准确度高,重现性好,加标回收率高。与蒸馏法相比,连续流动分析法具有分析速度快,检测自动化,样品和试剂消耗量小,避免了有机溶剂的使用,很大程度地降低了对人体和环境的危害等优势。在处理大批量水样时,连续流动分析仪大幅度提升工作效率,简化分析步骤、降低分析成本、提高分析结果的精确度和可靠性。
Auto Analyzer 3 continuous flow analyzer was used to determinate volatile phenol in surface water. The result is good linear of the calibration graphs, the lower detection limit, higher precision and accuracy, high recovery. Compared with distillation, continuous flow analysis has advantages of rapid analysis speed, automatic detection, less sample and reagent consumption, preventing from organic solvent and reducing harm to humans and the environment largely. When dealing with large quantities of water samples, continuous flow analyzer enhances the work efficiency greatly, simplifies the analysis step, reduces analysis costs, improves the accuracy and reliability of analytical results.
