摘要
通过使用QUAATRO型连续流动分析仪,对地表水、地下水、生活污水和工业废水等淡水中的亚硝酸盐、硝酸盐、氨氮进行了测定。结果表明:亚硝酸盐、硝酸盐和氨氮的方法检出限分别为1.4μg/L、1.2μg/L、1.7μg/L;相对标准偏差均小于6.44%;平均相对误差在0.8%~10.0%;加标回收率在95%~102.5%,均满足实验室相关质量控制的要求。该方法具有快速、稳定、准确测定大批量淡水样品的优点,能够满足实验室测定淡水中亚硝酸盐、硝酸盐和氨氮的需求。
The nitrite,nitrate and ammonia nitrogen in surface water,groundwater,domestic sewage and industrial wastewater were determined by using QUAATRO continuous flow analyzer.The detection limits of nitrite,nitrate and ammonia nitrogen were 1.4 μ g/L,1.2 μ g/L and 1.7 μ g/L,respectively;The relative standard deviation was less than 6.44%;The average relative error is 0.8% ~ 10.0%;The recoveries ranged from 95%~102.5%,which met the requirements of laboratory quality control.This method has the advantages of rapid,stable and accurate determination of large quantities of fresh water samples,which can meet the needs of laboratory determination of nitrite,nitrate and ammonia nitrogen in fresh water.
