羽扇豆替代豆粕对肉兔生长性能、盲肠发酵及经济效益的影响 被引量:1

Effects of substitution of soybean meal by lupine on growth performance,cecal fermentation and economic benefit of rabbits

摘要 文章旨在评估羽扇豆完全替代豆粕对肉兔生长性能、盲肠发酵及经济效益的影响。试验将384只28日龄平均体重为986.39 g的肉兔随机分为2组,每组192只。两组肉兔在为期42 d的饲养试验中分别饲喂以12%豆粕和12%羽扇豆为主要蛋白原料的日粮。结果:豆粕组70 d肉兔体重、50~70 d平均日增重和28~49 d平均日采食量较羽扇豆组分别显著提高5.25%、9.77%和2.89%(P<0.05),但该组50~70 d和28~70 d肉兔料重比较羽扇豆组分别显著降低10.26%和7.95%(P<0.05)。豆粕组肉兔有机物、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪表观消化率和盲肠挥发性脂肪酸浓度较羽扇豆组分别显著提高6.12%、2.20%、5.40%和30.27%(P<0.05),羽扇豆组肉兔盲肠pH较豆粕组显著提高2.79%(P<0.05)。豆粕组肉兔整个试验期间的饲料用量和28~49 d阶段饲料成本较羽扇豆组显著提高49.35 kg和0.39元/只(P<0.05),豆粕组50~70 d和28~70 d肉兔的阶段增重饲料成本较羽扇豆组分别显著降低0.81和0.45元/kg(P<0.05)。结果:日龄用12%羽扇豆完全替代豆粕可降低肉兔养分表观消化率,进而对日增重和饲料效率产生负面影响。尽管羽扇豆日粮的饲料成本低于豆粕型日粮,但肉兔饲喂羽扇豆型日粮提高了生长后期和整个试验期的增重饲料成本。 The purpose of this paper was to evaluate the effect of complete substitution of soybean meal by lupine on growth performance,cecal fermentation and economic benefit of rabbits.A total of 38428 d meat rabbits with an average body weight of 986.39 g were randomly divided into 2 groups and 192 rabbits per group.The meat rabbits in the two groups were fed diets with 12%soybean meal and 12%lupine,respectively,during the 42-day feeding experiment.Results:Body weight,average daily gain(ADG)from 50 to 70 days and average daily feed intake(ADFI)from 28 to 49 days in soybean meal group were significantly increased by 5.25%,9.77%and 2.89%compared with lupine group(P<0.05),respectively.However,the feed gain of meat rabbits in this group was significantly decreased by 10.26%and 7.95%compared with that in Lupine group at 50~70 days and 28~70 days(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with lupine group,apparent digestibility of organic matter,crude protein,ether extract and volatile fatty acid concentration in cecum of meat rabbits in soybean meal group were significantly increased by 6.12%,2.20%,5.40%and 30.27%(P<0.05),respectively,but cecum pH value of meat rabbits in lupine group was significantly increased by 2.79%(P<0.05).Compared with Lupine group,the feed dosage and feed cost of meat rabbits in soybean meal group were significantly increased by 49.35 kg and 0.39 yuan per rabbit during 28~49 days(P<0.05).However,compared with lupine group,the cost of BGR in soybean meal group was significantly decreased by 0.81 yuan/kg and 0.45 yuan/kg during 50~70 days and 28~70 days,respectively(P<0.05).Results:Replacing soybean meal with 12%lupine completely reduced nutrient apparent digestibility of meat rabbits,and had a negative effect on daily gain and feed efficiency.Although the feed cost of lupine diet was lower than that of soybean meal diet,feeding lupine diet to meat rabbits increased the cost of weight gain feed at late growth stage and throughout the experiment period.
