摘要
试验旨在研究枯草芽孢杆菌对獭兔生长性能、营养物质表观消化率及毛皮品质的影响。试验选取30日龄、体重相近(1.15±0.05)kg的健康獭兔80只,随机分为4组,每组20个重复,每个重复1只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验1、2、3组在基础饲粮的基础上分别添加100、200、300 g/t枯草芽孢杆菌。预试期7 d,正试期28 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验1组的末重、平均日增重和平均日采食量均显著提高(P<0.05),试验1、2、3组料重比均显著下降(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,各试验组总钙的消化率均提高,其中试验3组显著提高(P<0.05);试验2组中性洗涤纤维的消化率显著提高(P<0.05);试验1、2组酸性洗涤纤维的消化率显著提高(P<0.05),试验3组极显著提高(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,试验1、2组的皮重显著提高(P<0.05),各组间獭兔被毛密度提高不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,獭兔基础饲粮中添加100 g/t枯草芽孢杆菌有利于提高生产性能、改善毛皮品质。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of Bacillus subtilis on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and fur quality of Rex rabbits.The 30 days of age healthy Rex rabbits with the similar body weight(1.15±0.05)kg were randomly divided into four groups with 20 replicates in each group and one rabbit in each replicate.The control group was fed with basic diet,and the diets for the experimental groups 1,2 and 3 were added with 100,200 g/t and 300 g/t Bacillus subtilis on the basis of the basic diet respectively.The pre-test period was seven days,and the main test period was 28 days.The results showed that:Compared with the control group,the final weight,daily gain and feed intake of experimental group 1 were significantly increased(P<0.05),the feed to weight ratio of experimental groups 1,2 and 3 were decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the digestibility of calcium increased in all experimental groups,and the digestibility of calcium increased significantly in experimental group 3(P<0.05);the digestibility of neutral detergent fiber in experimental group 2 was significantly improved(P<0.05);the digestibility of acid detergent fiber in experimental groups 1 and 2 was significantly improved(P<0.05),and it was extremely improved in experimental group 3(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the skin weight of experimental groups 1 and 2 were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the hair density of Rex Rabbits in the experimental groups were increased,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).In conclusion,adding 100 g/t Bacillus subtilis to the basic diet could be beneficial to improve the production performance and fur quality of the Rex Rabbits.
