苜蓿蛋白替代豆粕对育肥猪生长性能、组织脂肪酸组成及经济效益的影响 被引量:4

Effects of alfalfa protein replacing soybean meal on growth performance,tissue fatty acid composition and economic benefits of finishing pigs

摘要 文章旨在研究不同水平苜蓿蛋白粉替代豆粕对育肥猪生长性能、肌肉和脂肪组织脂肪酸组成及饲养成本的影响。试验将390头11周龄、平均体重为(35.70±0.44)kg的商品猪随机分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复26头。3组育肥猪在两阶段育肥模式(11~18 w和19~25 w)分别饲喂苜蓿蛋白粉替代豆粕水平为0、5%和10%的全价料。结果:与对照组相比,试验第8~14周苜蓿蛋白粉组育肥猪的饲料效率分别显著提高5.19%和4.06%(P<0.05),同时,5%苜蓿蛋白粉组育肥猪试验全期(0~14 w)的饲料效率比对照组显著提高5.28%(P<0.05)。10%苜蓿蛋白组育肥猪在整个试验期间的每千克增重成本较对照组显著降低8.93%(P<0.05)。苜蓿蛋白粉组育肥猪背最长肌组n-3不饱和脂肪酸浓度较对照组分别提高67.37%和89.88%(P<0.05)。结论:日粮添加5%~10%苜蓿蛋白粉替代豆粕可以改善11~25周龄育肥猪的饲料效率,提高肌肉和脂肪中n-3不饱和脂肪酸浓度,其中10%的苜蓿蛋白粉替代水平可以显著降低饲养成本。 The objective of this experiment was to investigate the effects of replacing soybean meal with alfalfa protein meal at different levels on growth performance,fatty acid composition of muscle and adipose tissue and feeding cost of finishing pigs.A total of 390 commercial pigs aged 11 weeks with an average body weight of(35.70±0.44)kg were randomly divided into 3 groups with 5 replicates per group and 26 pigs per replicate.Pigs in the three groups were fed with 0,5%and 10%alfalfa protein meal instead of soybean meal in two-stage finishing mode(11~18 w and 19~25 w),respectively.Results:Compared with the control group,the feed efficiency of finishing pigs in the 8~14 w alfalfa protein meal group was significantly increased by 5.19%and 4.06%(P<0.05),and the feed efficiency of finishing pigs in the whole period(0~14 w)alfalfa protein meal group was significantly increased by 5.05%and 3.12%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with the control group,the cost of weight gain per kg in 10%alfalfa protein group was significantly reduced by 0.95 yuan(P<0.05).The n-3 unsaturated fatty acid concentrations in longissimus dorsi muscle of finishing pigs in alfalfa protein meal group were increased by 67.37%and 89.88%compared with those in control group(P<0.05),respectively.Conclusion:Dietary supplementation of 5%~10%alfalfa protein meal instead of soybean meal can improve feed efficiency and increase n-3 unsaturated fatty acid concentration in muscle and fat of finishing pigs aged 11~25 weeks,and 10%alfalfa protein meal replacement level can significantly reduce feeding cost.
