摘要
以我国冰雪产业集群化分类与发展模式为理论基础,并基于北京冬奥会背景下对辽宁省冰雪产业集群化发展路径进行研究。目前辽宁省冰雪产业发展现状与困境主要体现在:(1)缺少核心研发技术,冰雪体育装备制造业难以提高市场竞争力;(2)冰雪旅游产业整体规模较小,缺乏创新性难以打造品牌效应;(3)冰雪体育运动产业未形成规模体系,致使发展缓慢;(4)冰雪文化产业供给质量不高,市场消费动力不足;(5)冰雪专业人才匮乏,后备力量不足。针对这些问题,提出辽宁省冰雪产业集群化发展道路优化对策:(1)由政府协助优化产业发展环境,明确发展道路;(2)冰雪装备产业发展战略性调整,建构集群核心竞争力;(3)创建冰雪产业集聚区,使冰雪产业链状结构紧密结合;(4)完善冰雪产业链,使市场供需平衡;(5)积极推广和普及冰雪运动,增加冰雪体育人口。
Based on the classification and development mode of China’s ice and snow industry cluster,this paper studies the development path of the ice and snow industry cluster in Liaoning province under the background of Beijing Winter Olympics. At present the development status and predicament of the ice and snow industry in Liaoning province are mainly reflected in the following aspects:(1)The lack of core research and development technology makes it difficult for the ice and snow sports equipment manufacturing industry to improve its market competitiveness;(2)The overall scale of ice and snow tourism industry is small,and it is difficult to create brand effect due to lack of innovation;(3)Snow and ice sports industry has not formed a scale system,resulting in slow development;(4)The supply quality of ice and snow culture industry is not high,and the market consumption power is insufficient;(5)Lack of ice and snow professionals and reserve forces. Combined with the above problems,this paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures of the development path of the snow and ice industry cluster in Liaoning province,such as:(1)The government should assist in optimizing the development environment of the industry and making clear the development path;(2)Strategic adjustment of the development of ice and snow equipment industry,and construction of core competitiveness of clusters;(3)Create ice and snow industry agglomeration area,so that the ice and snow industry chain structure is closely combined;(4)Improve the ice and snow industry chain to balance supply and demand in the market;(5)Actively popularize and popularize ice and snow sports,and increase the population of ice and snow sports.
