摘要
成果导向教育(Outcome-based education,OBE)是以学生的学习成果为导向,强调以学生为中心,重视学生专业核心能力的达成,近年来在我国高等医学教育领域中已开始应用。针对目前方剂学实践教学中存在的问题,将OBE理念引入该课程教学中,聚焦学习成果,定义课程教学目标;组织教学内容,设计适切性实践项目;创新教学模式,完善教学组织形式;建立健全评价体系,及时反馈学习成效,是提升学生综合实践能力的有效途径,也为其他中医课程的实践教学改革提供新思路。
Outcome-based Education(OBE),which takes the students’learning outcomes as a guide,emphasizes student-centered and focuses on the achievement of students’core competence,has begun to be applied in the field of higher medical education in China in recent year.The OBE concept was introduced into the practice teaching classroom of pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in allusion to the existing problems.We focus on students’learning outcomes,and define the teaching goal;organize teaching contents,and design appropriate practical projects;innovate teaching mode,and perfect teaching organizational form,estab-lish a well-developed evaluation system,and feedback learning effects timely.The application of OBE concept in practice course of pharmacology of TCM can promote students’comprehensive practice ability,and provide new ideas for the practice teaching reform of other TCM courses.
