摘要
目的观察老年冠心病患者应用阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷进行治疗的效果及不良反应发生情况。方法78例老年冠心病患者,参考掷骰子结果分成实验组和对照组,每组39例。实验组使用阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷进行治疗,对照组单独使用阿司匹林治疗。比较两组患者的不良反应发生情况及治疗效果。结果实验组患者的不良反应发生率2.56%低于对照组的20.51%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的总有效率97.44%高于对照组的76.92%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年冠心病患者应用阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷进行治疗具有显著效果,能够明显改善患者的临床症状,减少心绞痛发作次数,患者用药安全性高,不良反应发生率低,值得广泛应用。
Objective To observe the effect and occurrence of adverse reactions of aspirin combined with clopidogrel on elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 78 elderly patients with coronary heart disease were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the results of dice rolling,with 39 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with aspirin and clopidogrel,and the control group was treated with aspirin alone.The occurrence of adverse reactions and therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions 2.56%in the experimental group was lower than 20.51%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 97.44%of the experimental group was higher than 76.92%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aspirin in combination with clopidogrel has significant effect on elderly patients with coronary heart disease,which can obviously improve the clinical symptom of patients,reduce the frequency of angina attacks,with high safety and low incidence of adverse reactions,and is worthy of wide application.
