摘要
目的分析无缝隙护理措施在吲哚布芬治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称“冠心病”)心绞痛患者中的应用价值。方法选取山东大学齐鲁医院2021年1~12月收治的88例冠心病心绞痛患者,使用随机信封法分为观察组(44例)和对照组(44例),2组均予吲哚布芬治疗及常规综合护理,观察组加用无缝隙护理,持续至患者出院。对比2组在干预前和干预2个月后的西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)和健康调查量表36(SF-36)评分变化,比较其心绞痛发作频次及发作持续时间变化,并记录2组的临床疗效。结果2组在干预2个月后的SAQ各项目评分和SF-36各维度评分均较干预前升高,心绞痛发作频次较干预前降低,发作持续时间较干预前缩短;观察组的上述指标变化均更为显著(P均<0.05),组间和组内差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组在干预2个月后的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于接受吲哚布芬治疗的冠心病心绞痛患者而言,无缝隙护理措施有助于改善其心绞痛症状、减少心绞痛发作频次、缩短心绞痛发作持续时间和提高生活质量,并显著提高临床治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the application value of seamless nursing measures in indobufen therapy for patients with angina pectoris of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(referred to as coronary heart disease).Methods Eighty-eight patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease admitted to Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from January to December 2021 were recruited and divided into an observation group(44 cases)and a control group(44 cases)by envelope randomization.Both groups were given indobufen therapy and routine comprehensive nursing until the patients were discharged,while the observation group was additionally given seamless nursing.The changes of the Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ)and 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36)quality of life scores were compared between the two groups before the intervention and after 2 months of intervention,and the changes of angina pectoris attack frequency and duration were compared.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was recorded.Results After 2 months of intervention,the various item scores of the SAQ and SF-36 in both groups increased,and the frequency and duration of angina pectoris attacks decreased compared with those before the intervention,especially in the observation group(all P<0.05).There were significant differences between and within groups(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after 2 months of intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treated by indobufen,seamless nursing measures are helpful to alleviate the symptoms of angina pectoris,reduce the frequency of angina pectoris attacks,shorten the duration of angina pectoris attacks,improve the quality of life,and significantly improve the clinical efficacy.
