摘要
目的探讨以CBL教学法结合思维导图教学模式在耳鼻咽喉科临床教学中的教学效果。方法选取48名在临床教学期间对耳鼻喉科专业课程实施CBL+思维导图为研究对象,随机分为2组,即CBL教学组及CBL+思维导图教学组,每组24人。通过理论考试测评和临床技能考核进行学习效果的评估,采取问卷调查的形式对学生的临床能力进行评价。结果CBL+思维导图教学组与CBL教学组学生的理论考核成绩和临床技能考核差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),问卷调查结果显示,接受CBL结合思维导图教学的学生在知识理解能力、临床思维能力、对临床问题解决能力、学习兴趣较单纯接受CBL教学的学生有明显的提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBL结合思维导图教学模式有助于提高医学生在耳鼻喉科教学中的教学效果,提高5年制临床医学生的临床分析、解决问题的能力,值得推广实施。
Objective To explore the teaching effect of CBL teaching method combined with mind map teaching mode in clinical teaching of otolaryngology.Methods 40 undergraduates majoring in otolaryngology were randomly divided into two groups:CBL teaching group and CBL+mind mapping teaching group,with 24 students in each group.Through written theory test and clinical examination to evaluate the learning effect,and the students clinical ability was evaluated by questionnaire.Results The results of the questionnaire survey showed that the students who received CBL combined with mind map teaching had significantly improved their knowledge understanding ability,clinical thinking ability,clinical problem solving ability and learning interest than those who only received CBL teaching.Conclusion CBL combined with mind map teaching mode is helpful to improve the teaching effect of medical students in otolaryngology teaching,and improve the clinical analysis and problem-solving ability of 5-year clinical medical students,which is worth popularizing and implementing.
