摘要
目的探究思维导图结合案例教学法(CBL),将“原发病+并发症+内环境的思维导图”的模式应用于神经内科临床药师培养,评价培养效果。方法纳入2016年3月至2022年3月参加培训的神经内科临床药师(n=18)和其他专业临床药师(n=27)。神经内科临床药师采用思维导图结合CBL教学方法,按照“原发病+并发症+内环境的思维导图”的思维模式进行培养;其他专业临床药师采用传统教学方法进行培养。考察培训方法在临床思维模式、药学基本知识掌握情况和药学服务技能(治疗方案调整、医嘱审核、用药监护全面性、药历和病例分析书写、文献阅读报告、文献检索能力及解决临床药物治疗问题的能力)方面的培训效果。结果神经内科临床药师在药学服务技能(比如药物治疗方案调整、文献资料查阅、药历和病例分析书写和案例考核)方面评分显著高于其他专业临床药师(P<0.05)。结论思维导图结合CBL方法有助于培养临床思维,提高药学服务技能,从而提高临床药师培训质量。
AIM To explore mind mapping combined with case-based learning(CBL)teaching method,according to the thinking mode of"primary disease+complication+internal environment",and apply it to the training of clinical pharmacists in neurology department and evaluate the training effect.METHODS The clinical pharmacists who participated in the training from March 2016 to March 2022 were included clinical pharmacists in neurology department(n=18)and other professional clinical pharmacists(n=27).The clinical pharmacists in neurology department were trained according to the thinking mode of"primary disease+complication+internal environment"by using mind mapping combined with CBL teaching method;the other professional clinical pharmacists were trained with traditional teaching method.To investigate the training effect of training methods in clinical thinking mode,mastery of basic pharmaceutical knowledge,pharmaceutical care skills(drug regimens adjustment,medical orders review,comprehensive medication monitoring,medication records and case reports writing,literature reading reports,literature retrieval ability and ability to solve clinical drug treatment problems).RESULTS Clinical pharmacists in neurology department had significantly higher scores than other professional clinical pharmacists in the ability of pharmaceutical care skills(such as drug regimens adjustment,literature reading report,literature retrieval ability,medication records and case reports writing)(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Mind mapping combined with CBL method is helpful to cultivate clinical thinking,improve the pharmaceutical care skills of clinical pharmacists and improve the training quality of clinical pharmacists.
