摘要
对钢厂短流程轧钢生产线改造项目进行了风险评估。在风险评估中,基于德尔菲法采用两轮专家打分列出风险因素,并给出权重。在此基础上建立模糊评价矩阵,利用模糊综合评价法分别判断三级指标风险等级,得到项目整体风险可控,技术风险和施工风险为高风险因素的结论。针对风险评估结论进行了原因分析,并给出了相关建议。
Risk assessment for renovation project of short process rolling production line in steel plant was conducted.In the risk assessment,based on the Delphi method,the two-round expert scored to get risk factors,and the weights were carried out.On this basis,the fuzzy evaluation matrix was established and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to determine the risk level among the three-level index.The conclustion is that the project overall risk is controllable,and technical risk and construction risk are high risk factors.The cause was analyzed aiming at the risk assessment conclusion while the relevant recommendations were given.
