摘要
根据城市道路改造项目的主要风险类别建立了模糊综合评价模型,通过模糊综合评价法对重庆市沙坪坝区某广场道路改造项目进行风险评估,分析得出该城市道路改造项目一级风险中施工风险与外在风险为主要高风险因素,总体风险程度为中风险,最后提出了相应的项目投资建议。
This paper establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model according to the main risk categories of urban road reconstruction projects,and then evaluates the risk of a square road reconstruction project in Shapingba District of Chongqing city by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.It is concluded that the construction risk and external risk are the main high risk factors in the first level risk of the urban road reconstruction project,and the total risk degree is medium risk.At last,this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions of project investment.
