摘要
随着燃气管道工艺技术与施工方式的逐步发展,对存在问题隐患的燃气管道的改造势在必行,但在管道改造中会引发危害人身安全的事故。采用半定量分析法中模糊综合评价方法,对燃气管道改造项目进行风险评价,并给出风险管理措施和完善风险管理的建议,风险评价与管理能够预防项目改造中事故的发生,减少事故中的损失。
With the gradual development of gas pipeline technology and construction mode,it is imperative to reform the gas pipeline with hidden problems. However,it will cause accidents that lead to personal safety in the pipeline transformation. The risk assessment of the gas pipeline reconstruction project is carried out by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the semi-quantitative analysis method. The risk management measures and the suggestions of improving the risk management are given. The risk assessment and management can prevent the occurrence of accidents in the project transformation and reduce the accident loss.
