摘要
目前,伴随着城市化进程,城市燃气管道建设速度也不断加快。本文对某发生环焊缝开裂的城镇燃气管道进行了失效原因分析,通过断口化学成分分析,拉伸性能测试,夏比冲击功测试,钢管母材金相分析等方法,并经过相关载荷计算,得出了燃气管道受力情况以及管道环焊缝开裂主要原因,并得出了管道外载荷的可能性来源。研究结果可为相关部门提供技术支持,从而更好地保障城镇埋地燃气管道平稳运行,保障生命财产安全。
At present,along with the urbanization process,the construction speed of urban gas pipelines is also accelerating.In this paper,the failure cause analysis of a town gas pipeline with cracked joints is carried out.Through the analysis of fracture chemical composition,tensile performance test,Charpy impact energy test,metallographic analysis of steel tube base metal,and related load calculation,The main reason for the force of the gas pipeline and the cracking of the pipe girth weld is obtained,and the possibility of the external load of the pipeline is obtained.The research results can provide technical support for relevant departments,so as to better ensure the smooth operation of urban buried gas pipelines and ensure the safety of life and property.
