摘要 由于装载机作业工况复杂、作业环境恶劣,为了深入研究其铲装过程所受作业阻力的变化情况,需构建装载机的多体动力学模型与作业物料的离散颗粒模型,进行多体耦合仿真。因此,文中提出了利用多体动力学软件RecurDyn构建装载机模型与利用离散元软件EDEM构建物料模型,并进行RecurDyn-EDEM的耦合仿真分析方法,研究不同铲掘轨迹下装载机工作装置与物料的耦合作用。文中提供了一种研究装载机铲装过程中工作装置与物料颗粒耦合作用的方法,为装载机作业阻力的研究工作提供理论依据和技术支撑。 Due to the complex working conditions and harsh working environment of the loader, in order to deeply explore the change of operating resistance during the loading process, it is necessary to construct the multi-body dynamics model of the loader and the discrete particle model of the operating materials for multi-body coupling simulation. Therefore, in this study, the multi-body dynamics software RecurDyn is used to set up the loader model and the discrete element software EDEM is adopted to build the material model. The coupling simulation method RecurDyn-EDEM is used to explore the coupling effect of the loader’s working device and the materials under different shoveling trajectories. This research provides a method to explore the coupling effect between the working device and the material particles in the loading process of the loader, which provides theoretical basis and technical support for the research on the loader’s working resistance.
