摘要
新型玉米秸秆切碎灭茬机采用动刀配合定刀切茬的工作原理,降低了功率消耗。为此,采用无线局域网技术对其田间实际工作的功率消耗进行了测试。通过正交试验的方法,分析了该机功耗的影响因素。研究结果表明:在试验范围内机组前进速度、刀辊转速对功耗影响显著,动刀倾角对功耗影响不显著,并且得到了较优的参数组合。
Rotary blade cooperating with fixed blade, a new chopper of corn straw and stubble consumes less power. The power consumption of the machine working in cropland can be getting by wireless local area network. Its influencing factors are studied through Orthogonal experiment The results show that in the experiment tlae forward velocity of the machine and the rotate speed of axis greatly influences the power consumption , but the obliquity of cut is not a important factor, and a better combination of the effects was found.
