摘要
旋耕机是一种应用非常广泛的耕耘机械。人们目前使用的大部分都是正转旋耕方式和正转刀片,对反转旋耕方式及其刀片的研究相对较少,并且对其中的一些性能和适用条件尚未完全了解。为此,分析了旋耕过程中不同的旋耕方式对于旋耕功耗以及各种负荷的影响,提出了在一定渠道条件下的旋耕方式,为设计出合理的刀片形状提供理论依据。
Rotary plow was a rotary machine which was widely applying. But most people studying and using were the rotary mode and the blade of forward direction, the study on the rotary mode and the blade of reversible was comparatively little and they weren't well acquaint with some performances and applicability. Therefore, in this paper it was analyzed that different way of rotary cultivation affected the energy consumption and load of rotary cultivation through comparative experiment to both up-cut and down-cut rotary cultivation, and put forward the way of rotary cultivation about cultivation depth, then the theoretical basis was provided for designing the rational shape of the blade.
