贵州省老年教育网络学习平台使用现状及对策 被引量:1

摘要 文章从研究者和实践者的视角,以贵州省60岁以上老年群体为研究样本,通过调查问卷和个别访谈的方式,从网络学习平台的使用频率、学习内容、师资力量等方面开展老年人网络学习平台的调查和分析,为贵州省积极应对人口老龄化提供重要参考和借鉴。研究结果显示,贵州省网络学习平台存在平台知晓率不高、平台学习设备使用障碍、平台课程个性化不足、平台教学效果不佳等问题。为了推动贵州省老年人积极参与到网络平台的学习,实现积极老龄化,一要加强网络学习平台宣传,扩大平台的辐射范围;二要提高老年人智能设备操作技能,帮助老年人翻越数字鸿沟;三要重视平台内容功能挖掘,着力培养老年人深度使用行为;四要多元运作,优化教学。 From the perspective of researchers and practitioners,taking the elderly group over 60 years old in Guizhou province as the research sample,this paper investigates and analyzes the e-learning platform for the elderly from the use frequency,learning content and teachers of the e-learning platform by means of questionnaires and individual interviews,so as to provide important reference for Guizhou Province to actively deal with population aging.The results show that there are some problems in the process of e-learning platform in Guizhou Province,such as low awareness of the platform,obstacles to the use of platform learning equipment,lack of personalization of platform courses,poor teaching effect of the platform and so on.In order to promote the elderly in Guizhou Province to actively participate in the learning of the network platform and realize active aging,first,we should strengthen the publicity of the network learning platform and expand the radiation scope of the platform;Second,we should improve the operation skills of intelligent devices for the elderly and help them cross the digital divide;Third,we should pay attention to the mining of platform content and function,and strive to cultivate the deep use behavior of the elderly;Fourth,we should operate in multiple ways and optimize teaching.
