积极老龄化视域下老年教育供需现状及价值反思——基于G省四所老年大学的质性研究 被引量:1

Rethinking the Supply and Demand of Elderly Education and Its Value from the Perspective of Active Aging——A Qualitative Study Based on Four Universities for the Elderly in Province G

摘要 实施积极应对人口老龄化国家战略,事关国家发展全局和百姓福祉,然而老年教育供需矛盾已成为阻碍老年教育高质量发展的关键问题。基于G省四所老年大学的田野调查,从老年教育目标、教育内容、教育形式、教育资源四个方面审视老年教育供给现状,进而推演出老年人教育需求模型。进一步研究发现,老年大学在公益普惠、权利保障、民主平等的价值追问下,追求教育均衡发展,内容多维分层,促进社会参与,但老年教育仍存在需求数量增长与供给有限、需求内容多样与供给单一、需求形式多元与供给单调三种矛盾。教育高质量发展语境下,老年教育要以制度完善为核心,扩大教育资源供给;以加强师资队伍和内涵建设为重心,丰富老年教育内容;以多元主体参与协同治理为抓手,拓展老年教育形式。 The implementation of the national strategy to actively respond to the aging population is related to the overall development of the country and the well-being of the people.However,the contradiction between the supply and demand of elderly education has become a key issue that hinders the high-quality development of elderly education.Based on the field investigation of four universities for the elderly in province G,the present situation of education supply for the elderly is examined from four aspects of education objectives,education contents,education forms,and education resources,and then the education demand model for the elderly is put forward.Further research finds that under the values of public welfare,rights protection,democracy and equality,universities for the elderly pursue balanced development of education,multi-dimensional and stratified content,and promote social participation.However,there are still three contradictions in elderly education:increasing demand quantity and limited supply,diverse demand content and single supply,and diversified demand forms and monotonous supply.In the context of high-quality education development,the education of the elderly should take system improvement as the core to expand the supply of educational resources.With the strengthening of teaching staff and connotation construction as the focus,enriching the content of elderly education.With the participation of multiple subjects in collaborative governance as the starting point,expanding the forms of elderly education.
