摘要
为消除产教融合背景下企业和地方本科院校之间存在的产业和学科体系间隔阂,实现专业结构与产业结构对接,要求地方高校和企业构建产教融合创新机制,使企业融入高校人才培养过程中.以怀化学院电子信息类应用型人才培养为例,在实践探索中构建了“一中心三共同五平台”(简称“135”机制)的校企协同育人培养机制,围绕以学生为中心,学校与企业实施了“三共同”培养模式,构建了“五平台”课程教育体系,实现了专业共建、资源共享等方式的“人才产出”协同育人机制,解决了人才培养与实际需求脱节问题,提高了电子信息类应用型人才培养质量,满足了企业对人才需求的“定制”培养.
In order to eliminate the gap between the industry system and the academicdiscipline system advocated by enterprises and local universities against the background of the integration of industry and education,and to realize the connection between professional structure and industrial structure,the mechanism of one center,three joints,five platforms(referred to as“135”)for the cooperative education between universities and enterprises is constructed.The mechanismfocuses on students as the center,the“three-joint”training mode and“five-platform”curriculum education system between universities and enterprises,so that the“talent output”of cooperative education mechanism will be achieved.As such,the program solves the problem of disconnection between talent training and actual needs,and meets the needs of enterprises in the field of“customized”training.
