摘要
文章通过对科教融合理论进行梳理,结合广东省高职院校科教融合培育创新人才实践,同时选取广东省十所有代表性的高职院校对科教融合现状进行调研访谈与分析,找出科教融合存在的问题以及产生问题的原因,从人才培养方案的顶层设计入手,将“3333”(3进、3结合、3实践、3认证)整体设计融入人才培养全程,构建科教融合的应用型创新人才培养模式。同时从政府、学校、教师和学生四个层面提出实施科教融合的应用型创新人才培养模式的对策与建议,充实人才培养的路径,不但可以发挥教学的学术性优势作用,而且能够发挥科研的育人作用,从而使教学与科研达到双赢的效果。
This paper combs the theory of science and education integration,combines the practice of science and education integration and cultivating innovative talents in vocational colleges in Guangdong province,and selects 10 representative vocational colleges in Guangdong province to investigate,interview and analyze the current situation of science and education integration,so as to find out the problems and causes of science and education integration.It starts from the top-level design of talent training scheme,integrates the overall design of"3333"(3 entries,3 combinations,3 practices and 3 certifications)into the whole process of talent training,and builds the application-oriented innovative talent training model integrated with science and education.At the same time,from the four levels of the government,schools,teachers and students,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the implementation of the application-oriented innovative talent training model that integrates science and education,and enriches the path of talent training.It can not only play the academic nature of teaching,but also play the role of scientific research in educating people,so as to achieve a win-win effect of teaching and scientific research.
