摘要
教育者倾向于将对分课堂视为祛除课堂教学弊病的解药。但对分课堂实际上强化了教育不公平,对底层子弟造成学业成就与身心健康的双重伤害,却似为毒药。教师精讲知识,产生文化资本锲合度问题,导致底层子弟学业成就不优;同辈群体社会比较加之教师语言评价导致底层子弟身心伤害;课程成绩将学业、身心伤害固定,最终导致底层子弟教育过程与教育结果的不公平。教师和学生应关注对分课堂再生产的运行机制。
Educators tend to rely on the PAD Class to address the disturbing problems in teaching process.However,the PAD Class highlights educational inequality,which causes damage to students from underclass in terms of academic achievement and physical and mental health.Teachers explain knowledge intensively,which generates cultural capital fitting problem and leads to their poor academic achievements.Peer group social comparison coupled with teachers'verbal evaluation cause physical and psychological harm to them.Test scores fix double harm,which ultimately leads to injustice in the educational process and outcomes.Teachers and students should focus on the operating mechanisms of reproduction of the PAD Class.
