摘要 为提高单列辅机布置火电机组运行安全可靠性,基于某新建电厂单列辅机布置超超临界机组的调试工作,对单辅机控制和保护的特殊要求进行深度分析。针对单辅机保护的设计及运行优化提出“总线+硬接线”双指令冗余、风机轴承温度容错控制、单辅机单点保护优化、跨区域保护配置优化等技术措施,有效提升了单列辅机运行的可靠性。机组从2020年投产至今未发生过因辅机故障导致的非停事件,创造了较大的经济及社会效益。 In order to improve the safety and reliability of the operation of a thermal power unit with a single row of auxiliary equipment,based on the commissioning of an ultra-supercritical unit with a single row of auxiliary equipment in a new power plant,an in depth analysis of the special requirements for the control and protection of single auxiliary equipment was carried out.Aiming at the design and operation optimization of single auxiliary machine protection,technical measures such as"bus+hard wiring"dual instruction redundancy,fan bearing temperature fault-tolerant control,single auxiliary machine single-point protection optimization,and cross-regional protection configuration optimization are proposed,which effectively improve the reliability of the operation of a single auxiliary machine.Since the unit was put into production in 2020,there have been no non-stop incidents caused by auxiliary machine failures,which has created greater economic and social benefits.
