摘要
空预器堵灰会影响火电机组安全、稳定、连续运行,严重时甚至造成风机喘振、失速甚至非停。通过对空预器改造技术进行深入分析,对比不同空预器改造技术的优缺点及适用状况。针对某电厂1 000 MW超超临界机组,采用风量分切防堵灰技术进行空预器改造。改造后,提高了锅炉及辅机运行安全性,节能降耗效益显著。
The ash blocking of air preheater will affect the safe,stable and continuous operation of thermal power units,and even cause the fan to surge,stall or even non-stop under serious conditions.Through the in-depth analysis of the air preheater transformation technology,the advantages and disadvantages of different air preheater transformation technologies and their application are compared.Aiming at a 1000 MW ultra supercritical unit in a power plant,the air preheater was reformed by using the air volume cutting and anti ash blocking technology.After the transformation,the safety of boiler and auxiliary equipment operation is improved,and the benefit of energy saving and consumption reduction is remarkable.
