摘要
我厂减温水调节阀目前存在2方面问题:1)阀门在一定开度区间振动明显;2)阀杆处易泄露。高温高压阀门泄露会对附近设备和人员造成较大伤害。通过计算分析,找到问题产生原因为阀门选型不合理。经过改进最终解决问题,提高了设备的安全性。
There are 2 problems in the temperature control valve of our plant: 1) the valve has obvious vibration in certainopening interval; 2) the valve stem leaks easily. High temperature and high pressure valve leakage will cause greater damageto nearby equipment and personnel. Through calculation and analysis, this paper finds out the cause of the problem: the valvetype selection is unreasonable. After improvement, the above problem is solved and the safety of the equipment is improved.
